Rob O’ Lantern submissions!

Hi and welcome to Discussions with Annie!
Just to keep you updated on the http://your.mtv.com Rob O’ Lantern competition which closed October 26th. I have included some of the submissions today. Remember it was meant to be fun but some have gone to extremes with their work. There’s no disputing the talent that’s out there, whether it’s a real pumpkin or a ceramic one. Personally I prefer the real thing but any hoo here are some entries. Competition winners will be announced October 30th. on your.mtv.com.
So guys what do you think?, talent out there or not. I say way talented but some need to take a better picture of their work. These were the best I find that weren’t too dark to see.

Wow is all I can say. A bit extreme. I love old fashion pumpkin carving. How do they keep those from rotting?

I don’t actually know who made them as they were sent in via the your.mtv.com website.
I can’t add any more friends because I can’t keep up with the ones I have. Half the time I don’t know who I am talking to because they use avatars and nick names. I even have more than one facebook page. It’s crazy.

Hi Mac,
Yeah they’re cool, but I have no clue how they did it. Some are ceramic I think. The real ones rot no matter what. I quess you buy a rock hard one that sounds solid in the middle when you tap it and don’t leave it in the rain. It smells to high heaven after a day with candles in it. I never put mine in the house. I put mine away from the house afterwards for the birds and they rot down really well in the composter.

were watching interview with a vampire. and lots of scary movie.
its a sleep over at my friends house in billen cliffss down the road from my house.
i did have a mobile til my baby brother threw it in the rain… GRRR lol i lost every thing! and my mum lost her phone on a ride 2 weeks ago at our lismore show on the cyber party!…
