Today I’m having a Jackson Rathbone Day. Why?. what do you mean why?…because I said so, that’s why!
I’m having a Jackson Rathbone day because he’s funny and light and it doesn’t depress me to have to write about him. I’m having a Jackson Rathbone Day because he’s madder than a box of frogs and he makes me laugh. I’m having a Jackson Rathbone Day because he should have one. So today, October 4th 2009 is Jackson Rathbone Day. Did I mention I’m having a Jackson Rathbone Day?
Ok I’m back on terra firma. Why am I really having a Jackson Rathbone Day?
Because I’m slowly going insane watching, looking and listening to all the complete and utter drivel written about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. They are so depressing. I mean what do they stand for?. Are they UN embassadors?, are they supporting any charities?, are they speaking out about the errosion of the ozone layer?. Do they recycle?, do they drive gas guzzling sports cars that pollute our world? I don’t know. Why? Because all that’s out there for us to write about is boring, mindless rubbish. I wouldn’t feed this fodder to my cows (if I had any. Er! …well I do on Farmville - best game on the planet . 
But I don’t have any little wooly black sheep. Somebody send me a little wooly black sheep. I’m going to call it “Wolfie”. Wolfie won’t mind, he’s a sheep and sheep are silly…like Jackson). Oh yeah! Jackson, sorry where was I.
So handsome Singapore born Jackson is a happy guy and after his eh! ‘happy’ delivery as a reporter on Disney’s 411 in 2004, he followed that with a staggering six series appearances and twelve movie roles in just five years to arrive at his current role as the one and only Jasper Hale in the Twilight Saga’s second sequel “Eclipse”. And when he’s not doing the acting thing, he’s doing the singing and playing in a band thing. Yes! with his band 100 Monkeys he has more silly happy times with his friends and band members and even his Eclipse cast mates, up in Vancouver, Canada.
So Twi fans and closet Twi fans (yes, that’s you buddy, you with your Daxed up hair, grease under your fingernails and muddy boots still on, hiding in the closet reading New Moon with your Mickey Mouse torch, that you got when you were seven).
I give you…the First “Happy Jackson Rathbone Day”.
