Okay, so you know I’m an underdog, a Jacob fan right?  

The road not taken

Today’s discussion is by way of another what if…

For those of you who are purists and true New Moon fans …there is a chapter in the book and within that chapter a page,  that speaks of the road not taken.  I’m speaking of coarse of page 375.

Had events taken a different turn…had Alice been able to slice through the werewolf wall blocking her visions, she would have seen things play out differently. More than my other ‘what if’,  this one actually could have changed things.

Imagine now that Alice can see Jacob next to Bella at that crucial moment.

She would have seen Jacob rescue Bella, seen how much he cared for her. There would be no need to come back.

 Remember that song?… Where this guy meets a girl he went to school with, a girl he was madly in love with and used to pray to God that she would be his. His prayer was not answered and eventually he met someone he loved even more than that girl and married her.  And so he now believes some of God’s greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.

What if …Bella’s prayers were not answered and Edward didn’t come back. Alice would have very different visions of the future.

Through Alice , Edward would have seen how Jacob wound his way into Bella’s heart.

Just keepin it real

He persisted patiently until Bella felt so comfortable , so safe with him that she began to think of a different life.  A life with Jacob. Would Edward come back knowing that Bella had a chance of real happiness?.

Perhaps Alice would then see a very different life for Bella. A happy human life!

Yes! Bella loved Edward, but he was gone and her heartache would have been slowly filled with a husband and children. She would stay human…what Edward wanted for her!

After Bella is rescued from the ocean, she thinks about Romeo and Paris. She explores the possibility of being with Jacob. Could she do that?. If Alice hadn’t come back at that moment…if Jacob hadn’t caught Alice’s scent…she might have remained where she was. She might have turned her head just a little and looked up. That’s all it would have taken for Jacob to kiss her. (Paris would have his Juliet).                             

But Edward had spoken in her head and that is the one snag that makes this discussion somehow redundant… all about the road not taken.

Bye Edward...

Why???  Simple. Edward isn’t really there, he’s in her head…get it?…her head!!!!!  She created him, therefore she imagined him speaking right at that moment, the moment she could have taken that other road.

As she stiffened, Jacob took that as a ‘”I’m not ready yet”  and the ever patient friend gets out of the truck, effectively losing her yet again as Bella hurts him by demanding to see who came in Carlisle’s car…choosing them over him.

Much as I’d like it to be otherwise, Jacob comes second all the way through the books, scoring points many times over Edward but little Bella loves only her Vampire .                                                                          Jacob has everything in many respects, friends who would die for him, family, beauty, strength, the capacity to heal, the comradeship of his wolf brothers, sunny disposition, even humanity but it was never to be…

I think you would have seen a very different movie if Jacob had stayed in the truck!!!

If you are team Edward- then perhaps you want the unattainable, perhaps your goal is unrealistic, maybe you believe in fairy tales.

If you are Team Jacob - Maybe you want someone you can depend on, someone you trust above all else, someone who will never let you down. Maybe that someone would turn out to be something special.

Or maybe your Team Switzerland- Someone who has multiple personalities who runs hot and cold about these things,  Perhaps you are the wisest of us all. lol !!!!!

Edwards Decision - part II

Annie here again and welcome to my world!.

Kristen and her boyfriend Michael Angarano look really happy together. As for Taylor and Selena… happy smiling faces. Looks like Taylor needed some down time with a girl his own age, away from the pressure…and he deserves it too!!. They’re so cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway I thought I’d get back to the Edward leaving Bella scenario and imagine (as you do!) how he would feel after he finally did the nasty deed. Obviously I will be paraphrasing bits of dialogue from the book.

So here goes…It’s long..sorry!!     Edwards Decision part II (from chapter III - The End).

I’d like to say what happened next was a blur, but Vampires don’t have that luxury. In my misery then and now I remember everything.  How I had the strength to do it to her I will never know.  I only know I did it  and I pay now a punishment I deserve. But it is beyond endurance…every day now is observed and borne by the second.  Second by agonising second living in this body as it roars and screams…pulling and stretching it swells up in pain. But it is nothing compared to the torment in my mind…

I threw her bag back into the truck and closed the door. Everything was worked out. The note, the few possessions she had to mark my existence in her life, supposedly disposed of…coward!!                                 I thought about the photograph…so like her to fold it and hide her face. How could she think she was plain.

What I was about to do made me weak…a chilling numbness rose and fell again inside me. Undecided, it wavered uncertainly, then pain…it’s long fingers testing my strength, scratched at the surface of my will.

I leaned against a tree for support and knew , in that moment , as I looked over at her pale and worried face,  that I couldn’t falter…I had to do this, for her, for her future life and someday for her future happiness.

I took a deep breath to steady my nerve, “Bella we’re leaving”, I began…

Her face was a world of confusion as I struggled on. God! why was she so trusting…so fragile!.

I worked a calm expression onto my face. “I mean my family and myself” .

“Okay, I’ll come with you” She said.  Kind, trusting Bella. She would give it all up just like that!

“You can’t , Bella. Where we’re going…it’s not the right place for you.”   She continued to argue.

“Where you are is the right place for me”  she said.  I swallowed and tried to reason with her again. “”I’m no good for you Bella”.    Angry now, she shouted at me, her fearful eyes searching my face.  Then , “your the very best part of my life”.

It took all my will power not to go to her. I knew this would be hard, painful…but it was nothing compared to what played across her face. I tried again.

“My world is not for you”. Desperate now she brought up Jasper, my tortured brother. It was nothing she said. He tried to kill her and she thought it was nothing. Jasper didn’t think it was nothing.

She persisted , throwing in the promise I made to her in Phoenix.

“As long as it was best for you” I cut across her pleading.  She argued about her soul. yes! her precious soul. I  wanted her soul to be safe.

I had no choice now.

I looked down trying to summon the courage . I forced everything away from me, her face , her tears, her beautiful soft brown eyes pleading for mercy.

 Behind a frozen hard cruel mask, my eyes recorded every detail. I ripped the words from my heart and fed them to her one by one.

“Bella, I don’t want you to come with me”.

For the longest time she didn’t move, didn’t seem to breathe even, then she said,  ”You…don’t …want…me?.”  “No”, I said . I watched her search my face. I kept my mask in place and stared back at her.

“Well that changes things” she said.  Dearest brave little Bella!.  I found I could continue then. I told her I would always love her…in a way …and that I was tired of all the pretense. My mask never moved an inch.

“Don’t”, she said suddenly, “Don’t do this”.  “Your not good for me Bella”, I said and something tore inside me. I ignored it and asked her not to do anything reckless or stupid and to think of her Father. I promised I would never return..that she could go on with her life as if I never existed.

Other words passed between us. Alice , my sister who loves her was gone too she realised, stunned.

I had to end this. “Goodbye Bella ” I said.  I could see she was breaking apart. I had meant to go then but she said “Wait” and moved to follow me. My mask was slipping. Pain was rising slowly inside me, melting my perfect mask. I grabbed her wrists quickly and pinned them to her side. I hadn’t meant to kiss her , but I was so close, her scent filling my head.  Just one little kiss…a keepsake…to remember her by.

“Take care of yourself ” I whispered against her skin. My mask slipped away  as I turned and ran…the forest a blur. I ran and ran but the pain caught me easily and like a huge wave it surged up through me and ripped a hole right through my chest. I tried to run faster but I only slowed down, my body no longer able to function. I fell to my knees a world away from where I left the little human girl I loved, alone in the forest.   If I were human, I could have stayed with her, now I would never see her again. If I were human I could have wept.

So what do you think, apart from it being way too long for a blog, that is. lol!

Facts, fiction and mistakes.

Hello New Moon fans,

Today I’d like to straighten a few things out!

I’ve been (like you) trawling the Internet as always and I’m amazed at the facts, fiction and mistakes out there, concerning New Moon and the Twilight Saga in general.

Now while there is very little in the way of pics and gossip coming from the New Moon shoot in Canada, (Very cruel guys…come on …leak something already!!… November is eons away!!)  I have come across truck loads of stuff of interest but not exactly correct all the time. Here’s my take on all that stuff !!!!!!!.

David Slade of Hard Candy fame will direct Eclipse. Om! yeah he will.

Steven Strait (23)  of 10,000BC and Sky High fame, was once considered for Jacob in Twilight/ New Moon…had he been picked the 6′2″ actor would have had a lot in common with Robert Pattinson. They both play and sing…and have played on the sound track of their movies.  His band Tribe got a record deal in 2005.

I’m really getting tired of all the references to Taylor Lautner’s height. Yes! Chaske Spencer is 6′2″, but Alex Meraz is only half an inch taller than Taylor. But so what!!!!…he’s taller than most of us and Tom Cruise is only 5′7″ according to IMDB. ( Taylor is 5′10 ½) and still growing!!. While Bella is 5′4″, (Kristen is 5′7″).

Yes! Stephenie Meyer does have brothers named Paul ,Seth and Jacob and a sister named Heidi.

A frequent mistake is the Family surname. It’s Carlisle, Esme, Edward, Emmett and Alice Cullen and Jasper and Rosalie Hale, who are said to be twins according to Jessica in the Twilight book.

Edward’s age is another mistake often made, (not by Twilight fans of coarse!) Edward was born in 1901 and turned by Carlisle in 1918, which, (if we go by the movie release date in 2008 and not when Stephenie published the book), would make Edward 107 years old and a Vampire for exactly 90 years.

I’m wondering why Director Chris Weitz has decided to put so much Edward in the movie. I know the fans love him but to be true to the book, Jacob accounts for over 300 pages, more than half the book, with Edward only at the beginning and the end. The rest is made up of Charlie, his friends, Billy Black, the Wolf Pack and Alice and family. Edward’s voice in Bella’s head will now be in the form of apparitions and dream sequences.

Is he pandering to the Pattinson camp in favour of the Twilight Saga / Jacob camp??????                         Doesn’t he know how popular the Jacob character is???.

 The Cullen family crest has a lion, shamrock and a hand, but originally it did not have a lion but a knights helmet. The name originally came from Co.Wicklow , Ireland and is a derivative of the Irish name cuíleann meaning holly.

The first person to say “Sure, sure” was Billy Black in Twilight, page 210.

Rosalie found Emmett mauled by a bear and carried him 100 miles to Carlisle so he could save him..

Alice saw Jasper in her visions and went to find him.

Edwards middle name is not Masen, that’s his human surname. His father’s name was Edward Snr and his mother’s name was Elizabeth Masen.

Edward’s decision.

Hello, New Moon readers…

and those despairing of the length of time it’s taking to finish a teeny tiny film and get it to the movie theatres already!!!!!!!!!!.

Today’s discussion is on chapter 2 ‘Stitches’.

I’m taking this from Edward’s point of view. The moment he realises he must leave Bella.  How he must detach himself from her in order to have the courage to do this.                                                                   

 I wonder about how he thought about this. How he would tell the story.

Sometimes it’s hard…to make things right!.

When you’ve lived more than one lifetime on this earth, when you’ve seen great miracles, great wars, great acts of human stupidity and human compassion, there is little left that can surprise you and when something does, it becomes a fascination.

When your a vampire, days go by like minutes. Standing still for an hour is nothing, a mere drop of water in a vast ocean.  Time ceases to have any real meaning, except that you are confined by it , that is, if you want to exist in the human world and of coarse! blend in.

I was born in 1901 and turned when I was 17 by a Vampire who was kind and lonely and wouldn’t have done it, if there was another way, any other way!.  I look to him as a father now.

Nine decades later I’m standing in my home, in the shadows, looking at a little human girl I swore never to hurt. My father stitches the wound I was too late to prevent.  My own brother the cause, though it pains him, rages in the forest in despair.

I looked down into her warm brown eyes, trusting and defiant. I cannot ever know her thoughts but I know her heart…she loves me…more than she believes I love her…and I know now I will break my promise to her…I will crush her fragile heart in order to keep it beating…to keep her safe from me…from my kind!!

Pain swells up inside me.  I realise this will change everything, for everyone. They were happy here…she was happy here I think… before me!.  They will leave without complaining, they have each other…and I will hurt this delicate little human girl I know now I cannot live without.

She will forget me, in time… humans don’t hold on to memories the way we do. She will go on with her life. It will be as if I never existed!.

The pain flares up in my chest again. My frozen heart tugs and pulls, this time stronger… as if trying to beat again… to show me what this will mean to her…how it will hurt her… how it will hurt me if I do this.

But do this I must. For her, il mio soltanto amore.

I swallow down the bitter irony. To be immortal, to wait ninety years for her and now know for certain, I will be alone for the rest of my existence.  I resign myself and push the pain away, stepping from the shadows into the light of the kitchen.  I hear my father offer to take her  home.

” I’ll do that ” I said. She looked up at me then and the pain roared inside me.

  I imagined that if he was telling that story , that he couldn’t even say her name, so I left it out.

It’s an odd thing to pick out of a chapter I know, but it made me wonder.  God!! does this sound a bit depressing!! …sorry!!

Edward V Jacob

Hi everyone and welcome,

I’ve been asked about why I’m on Team Jacob yet again (yawn!!) and so I decided to dedicate this discussion to that very same subject.  Now of coarse! your view might be different to mine and rightly so!.

So I come from a large family who communicate well, (sometimes at the top of their lungs!), all of them resident in the Edward camp and so I have had to defend my loyalty to Team Jacob on a daily basis. These family discussions would get animated with some having, to my mind, completely blind devotion without true clarity. There’s also a Team Jasper and a Team Emmett in my family, but that’s men for you, they love war and action and those who relish the fight.  And so… I defend Jacob again and again.

Each time I did, my answer got more eroded until I realised I had a very human and personal reason for being on Jacob’s Team. 

It is simply in my nature to go for the underdog (no pun intended!).

I’m incredibly loyal, wolves are loyal, Jacob is loyal - there is a kinship.

Jacob-loyal,understanding,human.

Edward is described as an angel, with perfect chiseled features… (kind of like the statue of David I have at my house and whenever I look at it now I think of Edward) and a magnetic almost hypnotic affect on people.

And of coarse! the moment I saw Robert Pattinson’s face, especially the profile, the connection was made.

It’s unavoidable now, he could have been Michelangelo’s muse.

Edward is beautiful… perfect… strong…he therefore would apply very little effort into getting exactly what he wanted, when he wanted. There’s no challenge to being on his side.

Jacob on the other hand (again the now famous features of Taylor is imprinted on the character for all time - perfect casting) is a distinct contrast.  Jacob is like sunshine, warm and inviting. He opens his arms and his heart to you as easily as he offers you a chair. He is open , transparent and without malice.

Edward by contrast is brooding (very Heathcliff), dark, capable of cruelty and even though her destiny was set the day she met him, Bella needed Jacob’s warmth. As powerful and Immortal as Edward is , he could not keep a little human girl safe. Jacob will prove many times that he can.

Edward knows Bella loves him above her own life.  Jacob loves Bella despite the fact that her heart belongs to Edward. He stays and endures the heartache, hoping!!. It takes a lot to keep offering your heart when it keeps getting rejected.  Unconditional love, that’s what that is!.

I totally get the Edward/Robert thing. He’s handsome, charming and probably every girls dream!!!!

Edward, Immortal, beautiful, cold.

But as surely as Edward is ‘La tua Cantante’  (your singer) …Jacob is mine!.

So that’s the story. what’s yours???  I’m guessing that a lot of you don’t fall into my camp. Feel free to give us your take on things.

Rumble in forks

Welcome to Discussions with Annie…

Today’s topic is Rumble in Forks…

Bella, we're leaving!

Now whether your Team Robert / Team Taylor , or Team Edward / Team Jacob (and there is a distinction)

the odds are you’d be rooting for your team if it came to a rumble in Forks between the Vampires and the Werewolves. 

 (did you know that Team Taylor has been around for many years, since his Martial Arts days when he won 3 gold medals and was 3 times Junior World Champion - whilst Team Robert came out with Twilight!!!) Vampires 0 - Wolves1  (ha ha! yes, I’m cheating a little)

Now assuming humans would ever get to know about these things…there they all are,  gathered in the baseball field miles from Forks. The vampires at the south end and the wolf pack boys at the North end.  Makeshift bleachers have been erected on either side for the friendly covens and La Push supporters.

Edward's gone yay!!

 The game has only two main rules, score points and don’t hurt a human. Players must cross a line on the other teams side with the ball to score. What’s the game called…‘Bellaball’. of coarse! ..and what’s used for a ball…yep! Bella.

Now I suppose your saying… but that’s not fair, the Cullens have 7 on their side and the wolf pack only has 5… well the wolf boys have a few tricks of their own.

You see, half …er! 3 of the boys will phase and the other two will remain human. Get it…the Vampires can’t touch a human. (V0-W2) At speed the wolves can body slam a Vampire out of the way and if they get surrounded by more than two they can drop Bella by a human player.(a safe zone), (V0-W3) also the boys are strong so they can carry the ball… er! Bella and run at the same time, they just can’t score. (V1-W3) Only wolves and Vampires can cross the line.

Evens things up..wouldn’t ya say!!!! ….well not quite. You see the Cullens could gang up on a wolf to take

Hello again and welcome to New Moon’s discussion page.

I’m Annie and today’s topic is …The Wolf Pack.

Now when Director Chris Weitz first broached the subject matter of the Wolf Pack, I’m sure he had many options and avenues with which to pursue it and CGI to fall back on.

In the end Weitz decided on two absolutes.

The first, that the four actors had to be physically fit. 

The actors worked out together, forging bonds which helped them in their roles as Wolf Pack brothers who could read each others thoughts.

And the second,  that not only did they have to be of Native American or First Nation heritage…(A throw back no doubt, to the outcry over Taylor Lautner’s lack of Native American blood and the subsequent finding of same in some distant relative)… but also to have the papers to prove it.

To that end…. Chaske Spencer (34) who plays Sam Uley is Lakota Sioux, Alex Meraz (24) who plays temperamental Paul is Purepecha, Bronson Pelletier (23) who plays Jared is Plain Cree and Kiowa Gordon (19) who plays Jacob’s best friend Embry Call is Hualapai. (source : IMDB and USA Today)

I’m sure nothing could make the spirits of their ancestors more proud than to see these young men acknowledging their past and making it big in today’s world.

Chris Weitz is quoted as saying that the wolves will have they same eyes as the actors, probably so we can tell them apart.

These boys along with Taylor Lautner, who incidentally at 17 is the youngest of the wolf pack members could certainly give the Vampires a run for their money.

Beat that Vampires !!!

Now… Imagine being a wolf pack brother or sister….your loping around the forest quartering the ground and doing your job…minding your own business…essentially being a good pack member…

When the youngest and latest addition to the pack is depressed and dragging his heels.

He’s learning all about his secret brotherhood,

that the Alpha Male Sam’s word… er! … growl is law,

that he’s stronger, faster, braver, smarter…

  but he’s not concentrating… his mind is elsewhere…why?

Well !!!!…the wolf pack doesn’t have to ask why?…they already know… Bella, Bella, Bella, Bella Bella.

They can’t avoid him… no matter how many miles are between them,  no matter how hard they try…Jacob’s private thoughts are in their heads.

“What’s Bella doing now?… “I promised that we’d stay friends!”…”That I wouldn’t hurt her!”…

“Will I ever see her again? “…”will she want to see me?”…”Miss Bella”…”want Bella “… “Love Bella”…”Bella’s touch”…”Bella’s Eyes”…”Bella’s lips”…Bella…Bella…Bella…Bella…Bella !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Can you imagine the lupine lunacy they must have to endure to go through the embarrassing private thoughts in Jacob’s head.

But then Jacob has to endure their thoughts as well.

While the vampires are cold with no beating hearts, the wolves are are hot!!!!! and still human!.

As gorgeous as the Cullens are, I say these guys are definite competition!!!!!!

What if…

Hello Twilight world ,

It’s me,  Annie,  on all things Twilight !

As you can see my blog has evolved a little bit to include my various ramblings about Twilight and more specifically about New Moon as it’s my favourite book and I count the nanoseconds til the movie is out.

This discussion is entitled …What if… but I’ll get to that in a minute.

First the latest bits of news that caught my attention.

• The Wrap.com (exclusive, they say) is still saying Breaking Dawn is in the works for Spring 2010. Summit Entertainment denies this and I quote one last time from them, “There is no production schedule for the fourth movie”.  Makes sense! -they’re only on the second one and Melissa Rosenberg can’t write a screenplay that fast. However…. I did read somewhere that she was asked to reread the fourth book so…
• Popstar.com reports that our gorgeous Robert Pattinson has won the Bravo A-List best breakout star for 2009 yay!!! , beating out the likes of Mickey Rourke no less.
• Twicom 2009  3-day event will be held in Dallas on July 30th and the guest list includes Peter Facinelli, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz and Michael Welch. You have got to check out Michael’s rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen on YouTube, it’s hilarious !!
• As for Stephenie Meyer being sued, the author took to her website to repeat her ‘I had a dream’ story on how the book Twilight came to be, leaving so called former roommate Heidi Stanton(who?) stranded at the station while New Moon is back on track. So cool your heels people , it’s all good !!!
• Check out YouTube under Need by Hanna Pestle for New Moon/Eclipse  posted by 7249674.. This is a great song and really should be in the movie. Clip also gives you the lyrics which are apt, enjoy !!!.

OK ! so let’s get back to today’s topic of discussion…What if

What if the phone didn’t ring at that moment…

What if ,  after Jacob promises to always be Bella’s friend, after he wound his arms around her, after she rests her head against his chest, after they talk about the way things are, after he cups her chin in his hand and she looks up at him…

What if his trembling fingers brushed her cheek and her face is now framed in his hands.

He whispers her name… “Bella. “ 

She is frozen, locked in his deep dark eyes. He bends his head towards her and slowly, ever so slowly, he presses his lips to hers.   Bella doesn’t pull away, transfixed by his kiss, but instead  brings her arms up and around, touching the burning skin of his back.  Joy swells in Jacobs heart. He wants to remember this moment forever, to soak up every nuance of scent and sound and emotion. He hears the hammering of her heart, or is that his?. He closes his eyes…

And then …the phone rings.

Okay,  before you knock your soda can over diving for the book and asking ..”Where the blazes does it say that?”  I’m not paraphrasing here, just tweaking an idea from chapter  18:410/411…

I’m asking what if the phone didn’t ring till after Jacob actually kissed Bella. For those of you who have read the other books, you know Jacob’s kiss has potency. I reckon at that stage he would then pick up the phone and be too stunned by his feelings to react to the voice on the line , which in turn doesn’t make Bella react either because she would be stunned as well. Would this change the course of the story?.

What would Alice see then ?.   Would Bella still go to Italy ?.

This can’t be true!!

Hello Twilight world,

Before I get into today’s topic close to my heart,

I wanted just to fill you in on some stuff I’ve been reading.

I read this rumour that Stephenie Meyer was being sued by a former college room mate for stealing the idea of Twilight from a short story she (room mate) wrote. Effectively calling a halt to the shoot in Vancouver , Canada. Stephenie’s publicist and even Summit Entertainment have denied this.

IMDB had it under The Twilight Saga 2009, who sourced it from Popstar.com .

While I’m at it , the same article had a paragraph on the last Twilight Saga book ‘Breaking Dawn’ and stated it could be out as early as spring 2010.

How can that be ?.

If New Moon is out (hopefully !) in November 2009 and Eclipse comes out (again hopefully !) June 2010,

then how can Breaking Dawn be out in the spring of 2010 ?.

Are they doing the last book before Eclipse ?. This is nonsense me thinks !.

Some better and infinitely more interesting news is that the movie ‘How to be’ in which stars Robert Pattinson is said to be doing well in the early stages of release.

It’s the story of a frustrated young musician who seemingly loses his girlfriend and job bringing on a er.. quarter life crisis ?.

Even better news is the soundtrack in which our talented Rob has three tracks, will be on IFC April 29th. yay !

Hmmm !, looks like Dad is very proud of him, I would be too.

Actually I’d be even prouder if I was Mrs. Taylor Lautner .. but to reach that unreachable goal, I’d also have to be eh! seventeen ??? and that’s just plain dericulus… (It so too is a word!!!! it’s a shade stronger than ridiculous - so there!!)

Much as I’d like to talk about handsome Taylor all day long, I have a question…

So let’s catch up on the story so far.

-The twilight book and movie was a great success since it was first published and the movie premiere November 2008 was a huge box office success.

- The sequel New Moon has started filming in Canada (March 2009) with -thankfully! - the same cast with the addition of some new and unexpected welcome faces.

Now I have done some homework here people and I believe the new cast members are suited to their respective roles. Check out our ‘more news’ page and click on the latest updates.

I did however have some reservations, but for the most part I am pleased that Director Chris Weitz has his thoughts and heart in the right place and wants to be true to the book.

Keeping Taylor Lautner was a definite plus and we hope they will keep him for the rest.

The party scene has been filmed and the movie theatre scene with Jacob, Bella and Mike, (chapter 9 -Third Wheel ).

We also know that Laurent’s scene in the meadow has been completed also.

The wolf pack have been up North too , so I guess that finished as well, can’t wait for that one!!!

So I guess some actors are sad not to be going to Italy. awwww!!

Yes! only Edward, Bella, Alice and the Volturi are in Italy . Those scenes are to be filmed in May ‘09.

Edwards cruel goodbye - Chapter 3 ‘The end’ !! His famous words..”Bella, I don’t want you to come with me”.

When Sam Uley finds Bella and asks the pertinent question…”Have you been hurt”?.

Bella’s dreams and their importance to the story. Her peripheral vision/ dream of Sam changing.

The cool bikes including Jacob’s Harley Sprint.

The first time Bella hears Edward in her head…around chapter four#.

The cliff scene.

Jacobs developing love for Bella and the realisation that it’s unrequited.

The trip to Italy in panic and without any thought as to how to save Edward.

Whatever it is I want to hear about it.
